On-Campus Housing

You may request on-campus housing in Penn State's residence halls, but on-campus housing fills quickly. For more information, visit the Housing website. To add your name to the on-campus housing waitlist, use this Request for On-Campus Housing Form (PDF).

If you are assigned a room in on-campus housing, you must:

  • Accept the housing contract.
  • Pay the full amount before you move in.

    Send your payment to:
    Housing Assignment Office
    201 Johnston Commons
    University Park PA 16802 USA

  • Get a meningococcal vaccination. This is state law. For more information and the form click here.
  • Purchase a meal plan

It is your responsibility to find off-campus housing. Currently, the IECP does not provide homestay placement or other off-campus housing placement services.

International Student Groups
A student group associated with your nationality can be a good way to find potential roommates and learn about where to find housing.

For contact information for local realtors who rent apartments, visit http://www.sa.psu.edu/ocl/realtors.asp.
